This role is designed for top-tier math or physics majors with outstanding analytical ability and intellectual horsepower, even if they have limited formal coding experience.If you were in the top 5% of your cohort, enjoy solving complex abstract problems, and have actively used AI tools in your academic work, we want to invest in you and help you grow into a high-impact AI engineer.This role is ideal for candidates who want to build deep capability in applied AI within a fast-growing fintech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with senior engineers to design, test, and improve AI-driven solutions across business use casesApply mathematical and statistical thinking to model real-world problemsUse AI tools (LLMs, coding copilots, automation tools) to accelerate research and prototypingTranslate theoretical concepts into practical implementationsConduct experiments, analyze model outputs, and iterate on improvementsSupport internal automation initiatives using AIContinuously learn and stay updated with AI research and emerging toolsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering Physics, or related quantitative disciplines from leading universities Exceptional logical reasoning and problem-solving abilityStrong foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimizationHigh intellectual curiosity and ability to grasp complex concepts quicklyDemonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., LLMs, AI coding assistants, research tools) in coursework or projectsBasic familiarity with Python or similar language (formal experience not mandatory)Comfortable working in ambiguity and experimenting independentlyWe are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every individual feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute.
