Semiconductor Software Test Engineer (Automation, Data Analytics & AI)

Role SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Engineer to develop automation, data analytics, and AI-powered solutions for Semiconductor Test Development workflows. The ideal candidate has strong Python programming skills, a solid understanding of Semiconductor Test Automation, and a passion for applying AI and data analytics to solve engineering challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Python-based automation tools, applications, dashboards, and data workflows.Test and validate software tools to ensure reliability, accuracy, and maintainability.Analyze engineering data, logs, and test results to identify trends, insights, and workflow improvements.Develop AI-powered solutions, including LLM applications, AI agents, and knowledge assistants.Collaborate with engineering teams to gather requirements, develop prototypes, and document solutions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline,with at least 1 year of relevant experience.Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with C/ C++/ Scripting / SystemVerilog/ Verilog/ VHDL advantages.Experience in automation, software development, testing, data processing, and tool development.Familiarity with AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).Exposure to semiconductor test, silicon validation, bench validation, scan, MBIST, functional test, FPGA/ASIC, ATE, or hardware debugging advantages.Experience developing AI applications, chatbots, automation tools, or productivity solutions is an advantage.Knowledge of Power BI, Streamlit, Plotly, Dash, SQL, APIs,or data pipelines is preferred.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.We invite qualified candidates to apply online or email your CV to [email protected] Search Associates EA License No: 13C6655EA Reg No: R1109557 Rose
