F&B Service Crew (Full Time and Part Time)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Crew to support daily front-of-house operations. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth cashiering and counter operations.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle cashiering duties using POS system (cash, card, digital payments)Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient serviceServe food and beverages accurately and promptlyAssist with drink preparation and ensure coffee/ beverage machines are topped upMaintain cleanliness of counter, dining area, and equipmentReplenish food, drinks, and condiments as requiredAssist in opening and closing dutiesHandle customer enquiries and feedback professionallyRequirementsNo experience required (training provided) / F&B experience is an advantageComfortable handling cash and POS systemsGood communication and customer service skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environmentWilling to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
