Position Summary Cross-border payments are about to be rebuilt. Help us build the version that wins.  Payoneer is building a stablecoin-powered payments platform and a regulated national trust bank, leveraging new technology to deliver the next generation of payment infrastructure for global commerce.  This role serves as the operating backbone for the initiative, orchestrating product delivery, go-to-market execution, trust bank launch, and board-level governance into a single coherent program. The Program Manager will partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into milestones, milestones into action, and action into outcomes. This is a high-visibility role for a versatile program manager who can hold complexity across commercial, product, and regulatory workstreams. If you want a tidy lane, this is not the role. Key Responsibilities Program & Strategy Operations • Maintain the integrated plan across product, GTM, regulatory, and bank stand-up workstreams • Establish and run the program's governance model — steering committees, working groups, decision logs, risk registers, and reporting cadences • Translate strategy into milestones and milestones into weekly action across a cross- functional team • Drive disciplined prioritization across competing demands on a small, senior team Product Launch • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to maintain an integrated roadmap for stablecoin and bank capabilities, including wallet functionality, issuance, custody, reserve management, and cross-border payments use cases. • Track milestones, dependencies, and launch readiness across discovery, build, pilot, and general availability. • Run program rituals that keep product delivery synchronized with commercial commitments and regulatory constraints.Go-to-Market Execution • Drive the program plan for stablecoin GTM including segmentation, pricing, packaging, partnership pipeline, sales enablement, and launch sequencing • Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to ensure messaging, collateral, training, and commercial readiness are in place ahead of each launch • Maintain visibility into pipeline, pilots, and early commercial KPIs — surface what is working, what is not, and what needs leadership attention Bank Stand-Up • Own the integrated plan for PDB across the path to charter approval and opening • Coordinate workstreams spanning executive hiring, governance and policy buildout, technology and operations readiness, risk and compliance program design, and external advisor management • Ensure commercial and product plans are sequenced realistically against charter and regulatory dependencies Board & Executive Governance • Own the operating cadence and content pipeline for PDB board and committee engagement • Manage agendas, pre-reads, and follow-ups; partner with executive leadership to shape narrative and decisions sought • Track board commitments and ensure timely, high-quality close-out • Produce executive-grade communications for CCO, CEO, board, and partner audiences, translating technical, regulatory, and commercial complexity into clear narratives on progress, risk, and decisions needed Required Qualifications • 7–10 years of experience spanning consulting, project/program management and operational roles inside a company building something new, with at least 3 years managing complex cross-functional programs across product, commercial, and operational workstreams • Track record of delivering programs spanning product launches, GTM execution, and operational stand-up in a fast-moving environment • Strong working knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and the judgment to apply the right approach for the work• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — equally comfortable with a board pre-read and a one-page exec update, including experience preparing executive and board-level materials • Proficiency with program management and collaboration tooling (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalents) • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field Nice to have • Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or another regulated industry • Exposure to digital assets, stablecoins, or cross-border payments • Prior experience supporting board or committee operations • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field • Experience supporting a new business, product line, or regulated entity stand-up Who You Are • Structured thinker who moves fast and documents well — comfortable holding both the long arc of the program and the details of next week • Executive presence and ability to influence without formal authority across product, commercial, and regulatory stakeholders • Commercial instincts paired with operational rigor — you spot the real issue and track it to resolution • Moves fluidly between strategy and execution, between a board pre-read and a sprint review • Bias to action balanced with the discipline a regulated initiative demands • No ego about the work — willing to do what the program needs Why This Role • Stablecoin is a strategic priority at Payoneer and next chapter in cross-border payments. • The Program Manager will work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and the broader executive team, with end-to-end visibility from product and GTM through bank stand-up and board engagement, and a meaningful seat in shaping how the program comes to market.

#LI-CC1In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
