Our Client:Our client is a leading fintech company dedicated to helping companies to increase their digital payment performance and capabilities. They are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Director (Performance Marketing) to lead the entire end-to-end marketing strategy across digital and offline channels. This leadership role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, brand visibility, and marketing effectiveness through data-driven, integrated campaigns. You will oversee performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, brand communications, content, CRM, partnerships, and campaign execution while collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Commercial, and Business teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.Lead the annual marketing planning process, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance measurement.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team across multiple marketing disciplines.Establish marketing KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment.Performance MarketingOwn customer acquisition strategies across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic advertising, affiliates, SEO, and app marketing.Optimize campaign performance through data analysis, audience segmentation, attribution modeling, and A/B testing.Monitor customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and marketing ROI.Collaborate with agencies and media partners to improve campaign effectiveness and media efficiency.Integrated Campaign ManagementPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, partnerships, PR, and offline channels.Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across every touchpoint.Drive product launches, seasonal campaigns, and commercial initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Customer Lifecycle & CRMDevelop lifecycle marketing strategies to improve customer activation, engagement, retention, and loyalty.Partner with CRM and Product teams to optimize customer journeys and personalized communications.Utilize customer insights to enhance segmentation and marketing automation initiatives.Data & AnalyticsLeverage marketing analytics and business intelligence to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Sales, Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure marketing initiatives support broader business goals.Partner with Product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features.Build relationships with external agencies, media partners, influencers, and strategic partners.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline; MBA is an advantage.Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong background in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Integrated Marketing Communications.Proven experience managing significant digital advertising budgets and delivering measurable business growth.Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, programmatic advertising, CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation.Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.Strong knowledge of attribution models, conversion optimization, and growth marketing strategies.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agencies or external marketing partners.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Prior experience within fintech, payments, technology, e-commerce, SaaS, or digital businesses is highly preferred.EA Licence No: 23S1615
