Hands on experience in leading end-to-end delivery of GenAI and data analytics initiatives within banking and financial services.Extensive experience in driving the implementation of Generative AI use cases such as chatbots, document processing, knowledge assistants, risk analysis, and customer insights.Manage cross-functional teams (Data, Engineering, Model, Business, Vendors) using Agile / Hybrid methodologies.Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.Ensure governance, model risk management, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.Partner with business stakeholders to translate use cases into scalable AI / GenAI solutions.
