The Lead Architect leads and facilitates the solutioning of businessrequirements as well as manages exceptions at a business level.  The LeadArchitect assesses near-term needs to establish business priorities and alignbest practices to requirements with strategy plan. The Lead Architect consultswith clients and IT teams on business solutions and provides recommendations onemerging technology to senior management. The Lead Architect establishesstrategy roadmap and advises on options, risks, versus benefits and systemimpact based on industry best practices. Roles& ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the needs of business and the business vision. Articulate technology vision/roadmap and how is it applicable to business for finance domain. Defining and articulating solutions for projects, including business, application, data and infrastructure impacts along with testing and implementation considerations. Play a key role in defining the Scalable Enterprise Architecture and Engineering guidelines as per industry best practices.Orchestrate and deliver solution for SAP AP, AR,CO solutions within SAP S/4 HANA Finance domain.Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process design, including invoicing, vendor management, payment, returns, billing, invoicing, collections, and dispute management for financial accounting and compliance requirementsEnsure compliance with financial regulations, credit controls, accounting standards and company policies.Identify opportunities to automate Finance processes and improve operational efficiencyExposure to SAP Central Finance or shared service models.Ensure alignment with business performance management and reporting needsLead functional workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and transformation programsConduct and mentor workshops to gather and analyse business requirements for financial track. Translate requirements into functional design and configuration specificationsOrchestrate solution which works across FI, MM, SD, PP, QM and cross-functional areas to ensure end-to-end integrationDesign and review functional specifications for RICEFW objects for enhancements, interfaces, and integrationsTechnicalExpertiseDrive and Lead SAP S/4 HANA Finance related key processes, including:Account Payable, Account Receivable and ControllingOrder-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (O2C) lifecycle processesMake to Order, Make to Stock processesCustomer invoicing, collections, and credit managementSAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management – Credit, Collections, Dispute Management)SAP Fiori applications for AR monitoring and collectionsCash application automation tools and AI-based matching solutionsAsset Accounting and REFXFund Management and Grant ManagementRoleRequirementMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline.Over 15 years of SAP experience, including at least 7 years with S/4HANA solutions. SAP certification in FI or S/4HANA Finance. Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (e.g., RISE with SAP)Completed a minimum of 5 end-to-end full lifecycle implementation projects (design → deployment → support) (lasting at least 5 years in total), with at least 3 of them being S/4HANA projects More than 7 years of team lead experienceHas managed and led at least 10 team membersHas worked on projects involving at least 30 company codes and/or plants.Whats's On Offer:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
