Responsible for building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting products/services to meet those needs.Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM tools.Technical & Business Skills:Proficiency in CRM softwareExperience with sales analytics toolsFamiliarity with Microsoft OfficeLearn and adapt to new sales technologies and toolsWork in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify potential customers and qualify and target markets through research, networking, and cold callingGenerate new leads using various sources such as databases, social media, and industry events and maintain until logical closureCustomize emails for industry relevance and fix technical meetings with BANT-qualified leadsAddress customer inquiries, handle objections, and offer tailored solutionsCRM Management:Manage the leads pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities and activities in the CRMPrioritize leads to meet weekly/monthly/quarterly Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targetsMaintain and enrich the database regularlyCollaboration and Teamwork:Collaborate with other members of the sales team as well as marketing, product and customer support teams to align strategies and achieve common goalsShare insights, feedback and best practices with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processesWHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
