GenAI Business Systems Analyst_(Contract)

Responsibilities:Manage and analyse business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modelling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.Hands-on techno-functional role to analysis and propose solutions for business issues, technical strategical and tactical solutions, process changes and functional requirements.Work with different technology teams across infrastructure, supports, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stakeholders.Understanding of technical architecture and systems.        RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a Related Field.At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a finance institution or banking technologyTechnical ExpertiseExperience working in the financial industry with relevant experience in system analysis or in core banking business within GenAI spacePrevious experience on Agentic AI solution, GenAI and well equipped to understand Agent Pattern, type and Model Context ProtocolCandidate must have a fundamental understanding of model architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning. Experience in evaluating and integrating LLMs such as LLaMA, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini, etc., into business processesOther good things to have skill sets OpenShift, RAG, agentic AI and necessary workflows required to build GenAI capability Design and implement scalable GenAI architectures and solutions using necessary toolsStrong team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Strong problem solver who can question and understand proposed solutions and business drivers.
