Job SummaryWe are seeking a Business Intelligence & Revenue Analytics Manager to deliver data-driven insights that enhance sales performance, customer understanding, and operational efficiency, supporting strategic decision-making and business growth.ResponsibilitiesAnalyse sales, operational, and customer data to identify trends and business opportunitiesDevelop interactive business dashboards and comprehensive management reports to support data-driven decisionsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue trends to track business health and performanceIdentify actionable opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency based on data insightsConduct customer segmentation and behavioural analysis to inform targeted marketing and sales strategiesEvaluate marketing campaign performance and measure effectiveness to optimize future initiativesForecast business trends and prepare detailed business performance reports for management reviewAssist management in strategic planning by providing relevant data insights and scenario analysisCollaborate with operational teams to enhance reporting accuracy and data qualityDevelop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent and efficient reporting processesRequired competencies and certificationsDegree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or related disciplinesMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or analytics rolesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reportingStrong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insightsExcellent presentation and reporting skills to communicate findings effectively to stakeholdersPreferred competencies and qualificationsExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and reporting toolsOther InformationSalary: $6,000 – $8,000 per monthLocation: Riviera Prawning, Punggol
