Senior Engineer (Motor Technology & AI-Driven Product) - 1 Year Contract

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Senior Engineer who will play a pivotal role in the research, design, and development of next-generation, patentable motor technologies, contributing to our advanced motor technology initiatives and future AI-driven product platforms. You will work within a dynamic team, driving technical direction and developing full end-to-end motor product pipelines with a strong emphasis on innovation and intellectual property generation.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the research, design, and development of next-generation, patentable motor technologies.Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and research teams to strengthen advanced motor technology initiatives and future AI-driven product platforms.Define and execute a distinct technical direction focused on developing innovative, beyond near-to-market motor solutions, emphasizing innovation, long-term differentiation, and intellectual property generation.Engage in the co-development of a full end-to-end motor product development pipeline, integrating diverse capabilities such as motor design and parameter optimization, magnetic material evaluation and application, multiphysics simulation, thermal analysis, and comprehensive thermal management.Key RequirementsExperience: 1 to 3 years of experience.
