In this executive-level position, you will define and drive the target-state enterprise architecture across multiple SAP SuccessFactors instances, legacy platforms, and fragmented digital tools.Your mission is to transition the organization toward an intelligent, automated, and data-driven HR operating model. This high-impact role requires deep technical command of the SAP CPI / BTP Integration Suite alongside strong system integration experience with external ecosystems like ServiceNow and UKG. You will lead design authority forums, establish strict extensibility standards, navigate complex governance landscapes (including Change Advisory Board pipelines), and structurally embed cutting-edge AI capabilities such as SAP Joule and the Talent Intelligence Hub to build a scalable, future-ready global infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise HR Architecture & Transformation RoadmapTarget-State Architecture: Formulate and own the end-to-end global HR target-state architecture, driving the consolidation, simplification, and scalability of multiple SuccessFactors instances, core payroll structures, and manual systems.Harmonized Strategy: Establish a unified, global technology blueprint that maximizes process standardization across business clusters while accommodating critical regional legal entity nuances, M&A carve-outs, and joint venture boundaries.Contingency Engineering: Design fallback and contingency integration architectures to secure data flows and maintain platform resilience during high-risk deployment phases.Multi-Instance Rationalization & Integration EcosystemInstance Rationalization: Audit and rationalize multiple SAP SuccessFactors environments, identifying and executing structural consolidation or federation opportunities.Cross-Platform Orchestration: Architect robust data and interface pathways linking SuccessFactors modules with an expansive multi-system corporate landscape spanning SAP CPI/BTP middleware, global finance ledgers, and workforce management networks (UKG/Kronos).ServiceNow Integration: Design the technical service delivery integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central and ServiceNow ITSM/Case Management platforms to modernize automated digital ticketing and workflows.Advanced Digital Experience, AI & InnovationGenAI Framework Deployment: Architect, configure, and enable project-scoped, GenAI-assisted features—specifically SAP Joule (Manager Self-Service quick actions) and autonomous agentic frameworks.Skills Standardization: Operationalize the SAP Talent Intelligence Hub to standardize corporate competency datasets, creating extensible architecture patterns for future AI expansion models.Data Health Hardening: Enforce strict data architecture governance rules to ensure clean, high-quality, and harmonized data lines capable of fueling predictive productivity insights and machine learning models.Governance, Value Realization & Team LeadershipDesign Authority Leadership: Direct global architecture governance boards and technical decision forums, serving as the ultimate design authority for structural and foundation object changes via the Change Advisory Board (CAB).Business Value Optimization: Align all architectural choices against macro corporate outcomes, focusing on lowering Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and optimizing the HR cost-per-head efficiency ratio.Cross-Functional Steering: Act as a trusted advisor to global C-suite HR, Finance, and IT executives, managing delivery dependencies across multi-location deployment teams.Skills & Experience RequiredMust-Have Skills (Mandatory for Skills Matching)Enterprise Architecture Tenure: Minimum 10+ years of hands-on HR technology engineering experience, with a proven background acting as a Solution Architect on large-scale, multi-instance global SuccessFactors transformation programs.SuccessFactors Module Breadth: Broad, functional comprehension across the entire core SuccessFactors suite, including Employee Central (EC), Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruiting, LMS, PMGM, Succession, and Time Management.Middleware Infrastructure Architecture: Strong practical experience defining integration patterns (API, middleware, event-driven) natively anchored to SAP CPI / BTP Suite.ServiceNow & UKG Interface Knowledge: Working knowledge of mapping technical data flows and integration rules connecting SuccessFactors with ServiceNow and UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) platforms.Governance Fluency: Experience leading architecture design boards and steering enterprise Change Advisory Board (CAB) protocols for foundation object modifications.Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred Differentiators)Official SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central, Integration, or Solution Architect credentials).Official SAP Activate Methodologist certification or equivalent enterprise-grade SAP deployment
