Business Intelligence Analyst, Regional Business Intelligence & Planning (2026 Graduate)

The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Our end-to-end data solution reduces the gap between the business teams and technical teams, and achieves real ‘intelligence’ in the iteration cycle.Job Description:Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives and convert them into clear analytical and data requirementsMaintain the reliability, completeness, and accuracy of key operational dashboards and finance-related reportingCollaborate closely with business and product teams to ensure datasets and reporting structures remain aligned with new feature rollouts and system updatesInvestigate unexpected KPI fluctuations and business anomalies, providing timely root-cause analysis and recommendationsWork alongside data engineering teams to streamline and enhance data pipelines, transforming raw datasets into scalable data martsPerform in-depth analysis on complex business problems within fast-paced and time-sensitive environmentsUtilise big data technologies within the Hadoop ecosystem to support data integrity and scalable analytics workflowsDevelop, automate, and continuously improve reporting solutions to support evolving business needsRequirements:Currently pursuing or has completed a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable university with strong academic credentials. Candidates who are currently pursuing their Bachelor’s Degree should be expected to graduate by June 2026, and all candidates must be able to join us by July 2026Candidates who meet the above requirements and are currently pursuing a Master’s Degree or above must be able to join us on a full-time basis by July 2026. A Master’s Degree or above is advantageous but not requiredProficiency in both Python and SQLPrior experiences in business intelligence, data analytics, data science or data-driven roles, internship or full-timeGood knowledge in Pyspark, Pytorch and the Hadoop ecosystem is preferredHighly proficient in ExcelStrong analytical skills with work experience in data-driven analysis under pressureAble to make analytical recommendations and provide business insights to the senior management
