For more information, please visit: http://ir.netease.com/ Position Overview： Support acquisition and operations decisions with data; responsible for growth attribution, retention / LTV modeling and ad monetization analysis. The analytical core for single-product data review. Responsibilities：

Build and maintain core metric dashboards (DAU / retention / ARPU / CPI / ROAS / LTV) Conduct acquisition attribution analysis and channel ROI evaluation to support budget allocation Analyze retention funnels and user segmentation; identify churn points and optimization opportunities Support A/B experiment design and effectiveness evaluation for version updates and events Produce aggregated data briefs to support decision-makers (including aggregated figures compliant with regulatory requirements)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or related fields Proficient in SQL; master Python or R for data processing and analysis Familiar with data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker, etc.) Statistical thinking and foundational knowledge of A/B testing concepts Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship experience in data analysis / growth / the gaming industry Understanding of mobile ad attribution (MMP: AppsFlyer / Adjust, etc.) Understanding of game economy systems and monetization models
