Digital Construction Data Analyst

The Digital Construction Data Analyst will support the company’s construction and property development operations through project data analytics, digital reporting, dashboard development and workflow automation.The role involves analysing project progress, cost, procurement, tender, supplier and operational data to support management decision-making, improve project control and reduce manual reporting work across construction and development projects.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain dashboards for construction progress, project milestones, procurement status, cost tracking and management reporting.2. Analyse project data to identify schedule delays, cost overruns, procurement bottlenecks, contractor performance issues and operational risks.3. Build reporting workflows and data pipelines using Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI / Tableau and cloud-based databases.4. Support digital transformation initiatives by integrating project management, procurement, finance, tender and operational datasets.5. Prepare management reports for project planning, budgeting, tender evaluation, contractor review and development decision-making.6. Work with project managers, quantity surveyors, finance, procurement, operations and management teams to improve data quality, reporting accuracy and workflow efficiency.7. Develop automation tools to reduce manual reporting work and improve internal project monitoring processes.Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative discipline.2. Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.3. Ability to analyse structured business, project, cost, procurement or operational datasets.4. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.5. Ability to work with cross-functional teams including project, finance, procurement and management teams.6. Experience or interest in construction, property development, project management, digital transformation, BIM or project controls would be an advantage.
