Human Resource AI Solutions Engineer ( Contract )

We are looking for an HR AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop and deploy AI-enabled applications, workflow automation solutions and digital products that improve organisational productivity and user experience.You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation, and develop practical technology solutions such as dashboards, employee portals, approval workflows and self-service platforms.1 Year ContractGather business requirements and identify opportunities for digitalisation and process automation.Design and develop internal systems, portals and workflow solutions using AI-enabled development tools.Develop digital solutions including:Claims management systemsEmployee onboarding workflowsPerformance management systemsApproval and tracking platformsStaff self-service portalsDevelop AI agents to streamline HR and administrative processes.Integrate systems and data using APIs and automated workflows.Develop reports, analytics and dashboards to support business decision-making.Conduct system testing, user training and solution deployment.Maintain technical documentation and provide post-implementation support.Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify suitable opportunities for application.RequirementsDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.Experience in application development, automation or digital transformation projects.Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and platforms.Experience with databases, APIs and workflow automation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.By submitting an application or your resume, you are deemed to have consented to Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes stated in our privacy notice (https://dhc.com.sg/privacy-policy).
