Deputy Director, Data Analytics & IT

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the Regional’s data analytics and IT systems functions for restaurant operations.Develop and manage centralized business intelligence dashboards and operational reporting systems.Analyze large sets of operational, sales, manpower, and customer data to support strategic business decisions.Collaborate with operations, finance, supply chain, and marketing teams to improve workflow automation and data integration.Manage POS systems, ERP integrations, CRM systems, inventory systems, and internal reporting tools across multiple outlets.Support digital transformation projects and implementation of new technologies within restaurant operations.Ensure data accuracy, system stability, cybersecurity compliance, and operational continuity.Coordinate with external vendors, software providers, and regional stakeholders on IT-related projects and system enhancements.Provide leadership and guidance to internal data and IT support teams.Support regional alignment of reporting standards and operational systems between Singapore and overseas business units.RequirementsDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, IT systems management, or digital operations.Experience in the F&B, restaurant chain, or hospitality industry will be highly preferred.Strong understanding of operational reporting, business intelligence tools, POS systems, ERP systems, and database management.Experience in cross-border or regional business operations is preferred.Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple business functions simultaneously.Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred to support communication with regional stakeholders and overseas business units.
