This role involves gathering requirements, delivering training, and driving continuous product improvement.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer business requirements to recommend appropriate AI SaaS solutions that address operational needsConduct engaging product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase AI platform capabilitiesGather, document, and communicate detailed customer requirements and system issues to support solution design and developmentConfigure and implement AI SaaS platforms to meet customer specifications and ensure successful deploymentDeliver onboarding and user training to facilitate smooth adoption of AI solutions and provide post-implementation supportCollaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align customer feedback with product enhancementsCollect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous product improvementBuild and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing professional, responsive support and communicationRequired competencies and certificationsDiploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT disciplines1–3 years of relevant experience or fresh graduate with strong learning agilityAbility to quickly understand AI SaaS platforms, customer business processes, and technical conceptsBasic knowledge of SaaS applications, web-based systems, backend management, APIs, and software issue reportingSkilled in gathering, analyzing, and documenting customer feedback, business requirements, and system issues clearly and systematicallyDetail-oriented and proactive in managing issues to ensure timely resolutionStrong presentation and interpersonal skills, comfortable working on-site with customersProficient in English; Mandarin language skills are an advantagePreferred competencies and qualificationsPassion for understanding customer business challenges and delivering practical AI solutionsCuriosity and eagerness to learn new AI technologies, SaaS solutions, and enterprise softwareAbility to balance customer needs with product and technical considerations, communicating effectively with diverse stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate dynamic and complex business environmentsResponsible and proactive attitude with commitment to task follow-through for successful project outcomes
