The firm has a global consulting network with more than10,000 people and supports clients in over 75 countries, engaging with them to achieve measurable and sustainable success.Your key responsibilities will include:The RoleAsa Management Consultant, you will work with leading Banking and Insurance clients on strategic transformation, process optimization, technology modernization, and large-scale business change initiatives. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams delivering projects across business strategy, operating model design, process reengineering, enterprise architecture, PMO, and business analysis.·      Support business and technology transformation programs for Banking and Insurance clients. ·      Analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes, customer journeys, and operating models to improve efficiency and effectiveness. ·      Support Enterprise Architecture (EA), IT Strategy, digital transformation, and technology modernization initiatives. ·      Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs. ·      Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, process assessments, and requirements gathering sessions. ·      Provide Project Management Office (PMO) support including project planning, governance, stakeholder management, executivereporting, risk and issue management, and steering committee coordination. ·      Leverage data analytics and business intelligence techniques to derive insights, support decision-making, identify improvement opportunities, and measure business outcomes. ·      Develop presentations, executive reports, business cases, dashboards, and transformation roadmaps for senior management. ·      Support implementation, testing, change management, and business readiness activities. ·      Contribute to proposal development, market research, thought leadership, and business development initiatives. ·      Collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams to deliver measurable business and operational outcomes.·       Support with project risk and issue management.
