Job Summary:Support business growth and sales execution activities for the Broadcast & ProAV business unit through active customer engagement, partner management, opportunity development, and coordination with internal teams. The role will work closely with the Team Lead and presales team to strengthen market coverage and customer relationships.Job Responsiblities:Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and manage sales opportunities within assigned market segmentsSupport achievement of sales targets and business growth objectivesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through active customer engagement and networkingMaintain regular follow-up on ongoing opportunities and customer requirementsPartner & Customer ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with dealers, system integrators, consultants, and end usersExpand business network and strengthen market presence within targeted industriesSupport partner development activities (Trainings, seminars & workshops, etc.) and customer engagement initiatives (Demo, POCs, etc.)Maintain regular account visits and business discussions with assigned customersPipeline & Opportunity ManagementMaintain healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate opportunity updatesEnsure timely quotation follow-up, proposal coordination, and sales reportingMaintain pipeline updates and forecast (PSI) disciplineInternal CoordinationCoordinate with presales and operations teams to support customer requirements and project executionWork closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing and delivery coordinationEscalate critical issues or risks in a timely mannerMarket & Business IntelligenceMonitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developmentsProvide market feedback and customer insights to managementSupport business expansion initiatives and market development activitiesJob Requirements:3–5 years relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in AV, broadcast, IT, system integration, or related industriesStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with ability to develop customer and partner networksProven capability in customer engagement and account managementGood communication, presentation, and coordination skillsBasic understanding of solution-based or project sales environmentFamiliarity with dealer, distributor, or system integrator business environment is preferredOrganized and disciplined in pipeline management, reporting, and sales administrationSelf-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn technical and solution-oriented business approachAble to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teamsBudget: $4.5k to $5k/mthLocation: BedokWe regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Sabriya Soh | EA License No.: 02C3423 | Personnel Registration No.: R22104178Please note that your response to this advertisement and communications with us pursuant to this advertisement will constitute informed consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure of personal data by ManpowerGroup Singapore for the purpose of carrying out its business, in compliance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
