About the role [The seniority/title is determined by job-related skills, experience, and evaluation after the interview.] We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who is not only data-driven but also a visionary in the evolving landscape of AdTech. In this role, you will spearhead the integration of Generative AI and AI Agents into our core product lines to redefine Retargeting performance at a global scale. Beyond technical innovation, you will bridge the gap between complex AI prototypes and production-ready solutions, ensuring stable, large-scale deployment. As a key link between our technology and the market, you will engage deeply with key clients, leveraging your product expertise to develop compelling communication strategies that translate technical excellence into business growth. Operating in an environment with billions of daily ad requests, you will drive the future of Appier’s optimization engine through strategic insight, creative innovation, and rigorous data science.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Innovation: Define long-term product strategies by integrating Generative AI and AI Agents into existing lines to create next-generation, high-performance Retargeting experiences. Scalable Deployment: Lead cross-functional collaboration to transition prototypes into production-ready solutions capable of stable, large-scale deployment. Strategic Client Engagement: Engage with key clients to capture evolving requirements and market trends, ensuring product roadmaps align with both client success and corporate strategic goals. Technical Communication Strategy: Leverage deep product knowledge to develop external communication strategies, effectively translating complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for clients and stakeholders. New Market Entry Strategy: Research user experiences and competitor strategies across diverse international markets to formulate and execute effective Go-to-Market strategies. Creative Evolution: Ideate and leverage Generative AI in collaboration with designers to develop highly engaging and automated ad creatives. Data-Driven Optimization: Partner closely with Data Scientists and Campaign Managers to research RTB ad serving behaviors and execute robust A/B experiments to continuously improve model and algorithm performance. Signal Discovery: Identify and validate high-impact data signals from billions of daily requests to enhance model predictive power and RTB efficiency. Supply-Side Optimization: Collaborate with SSP partners team to optimize inventory quality and refine supply-side integration logic.
Qualifications:Education: Background in Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, or related fields is a plus. Availability: Must be available full-time; based in TW preferred. Language Skills:
Proficient in English and Mandarin; able to clearly articulate ideas and findings across technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus:
Experience in digital advertising campaign operations, media buying, or performance optimization—especially within RTB environments—is a strong plus.
