Job Title: Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Lead Location: Central, SingaporeJob Type: Contract - 2 YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Lead to lead analytics delivery, develop enterprise dashboards and provide trusted insights to support business decision-making. The role combines hands-on analytics, team leadership and stakeholder management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the analytics roadmap and prioritize dashboards, KPI scorecards and analytical products based on business needs.Lead, coach and mentor Data Analysts while reviewing Power BI dashboards, SQL logic, data models and analytical outputs.Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions and present insights clearly to leadership.Design and oversee Power BI dashboards, KPI frameworks and enterprise reporting standards, including data cleaning and transformation.Work with Data Engineers to ensure Snowflake datasets are reliable, governed and fit for business use.Champion data governance, KPI standardization, documentation and consistent reporting practices.Drive analytics capability, reusable solutions and data literacy initiatives across the organization.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics or a related discipline.Hands-on experience in Power BI data cleaning, transformation and dashboard/report development is mandatory.Strong SQL skills for analysis and transformation, with experience working with Snowflake or similar platforms.7–10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence or performance management.At least 2–3 years of experience leading, mentoring or managing analysts.Strong stakeholder management and ability to present analytical findings to senior leadership.Strong understanding of data governance, KPI standardisation and enterprise reporting.AdvantageousPython for data analysis/automation, basic statistics and forecasting, and AI-assisted analytics.Experience with data catalogues, Agile delivery management and enterprise KPI governance.Why Join Us?Lead impactful enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives while shaping analytics standards and developing high-quality data products.
