With a global presence and over 9000 employees worldwide we aim to be the transformation partner of choice for all of our clients.Responsibilities:Generative AI & Agentic AI Solution DevelopmentDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs).Develop end-to-end enterprise AI solutions, including frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and integrations with business systems.Design and implement agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and other AI agent frameworks, including multi-agent orchestration, API integrations, and enterprise data connectivity.Architect secure, scalable, and cloud-native AI solutions with appropriate networking, identity, and access management controls.Research, evaluate, and apply emerging technologies and best practices in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI.ConsultingCollaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.Identify and define AI use cases, solution architectures, and implementation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and client discussions on AI adoption, use case development, and solution design.Provide technical advisory and support throughout the solution lifecycle.Pre-Sales SupportDevelop demonstration environments, prototypes, and solution showcases to support client engagements and business development activities.Build rapid proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to validate AI use cases, technical feasibility, and solution architectures.Support proposal development and client presentations by showcasing AI capabilities, solution value, and implementation approaches.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or a related technology role.Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-native application development.Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.Experience with modern web frameworks and technologies, including React, FastAPI, and/or Flask.Strong understanding of LLM technologies, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering.Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks and intelligent automation solutions.Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Familiarity with Azure OpenAI Services, Vector Databases, and AI Search technologies.Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.Knowledge of enterprise-scale AI platform design and development.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, and DevOps practices.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning in emerging AI technologies.Prior experience in financial services, trading organizations, or supply chain-related industries is an advantage.Why Join UsAt ABeam Consulting, we place a strong emphasis on collaboration, and helping our employees grow and develop their skills, offering a supportive and empowering work environment.
