With our combined expertise, we have amassed years of experience in the field, boasting a proven track record of successful project implementations for a wide range of satisfied customers.Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee our data analytics projects. The ideal candidate should possess either a Certified IT Project Management (CITPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing complex projects and delivering high-quality outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, and resource allocation. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including data scientists, analysts, IT professionals, and business leaders. Gather and manage stakeholder requirements and expectations.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring effective collaboration. Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required standards and align with business objectives. Implement quality control processes and conduct regular project reviews.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project updates, and post-project evaluations. Maintain accurate records of project activities.Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial objectives are met. Approve expenditures and manage project financials.Change Management: Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed. Manage vendor contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.Qualifications:Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Certifications: Certified IT Project Management (CITPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in data analytics or related fields.Skills:Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Experience with risk management and quality assurance processes.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
