This role is essential in establishing project management standards, overseeing portfolio delivery, and ensuring alignment between IT programs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex, cross-functional projects, optimizing processes, and partnering with senior leadership to enhance visibility, coordination, and operational efficiency across the IT organization.What You Will DoManage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of businessFull project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneouslyReport on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activitiesManage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetingsMaintain good project documentations including but not limited to project implementation plan, status report, issue log, etc.Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadershipUnderstand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needsManage project scope and change requestsDevelop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget change, risks and issuesSet and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholdersDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnelDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholdersCoach, mentor, motivate and supervise on-site and remote project teamDeliver appropriate and effective executive level communicationEnsure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.What You BringCore RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplineAt least 5 years of experience in IT project or program managementProven track record of managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional IT initiatives, ideally in a fast-paced or enterprise environment.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.Demonstrated experience in IT governance, portfolio management, and project prioritization frameworks.Experience managing vendors, contracts, and outsourced delivery partners.Familiarity with enterprise technology environments, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and cloud.Nice-to-Haves:Understanding of card ecosystems (issuing, acquiring, BIN sponsorship, scheme requirements, risk & compliance).Knowledge of on/off ramps, stablecoins, user acquisition funnels, or revenue-sharing models.
