Strategic Operations Lead (Web3 / Payment Infrastructure)About the RoleOur client is looking for a Strategic Operations Lead to support cross-functional initiatives across payments, stablecoin infrastructure, and enterprise transaction workflows.This is a highly cross-functional role sitting between business, operations, product, compliance, and technology teams. The environment is lean, fast-moving, and relatively unstructured, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable operating with autonomy and driving initiatives independently.The role is less about pure project management and more about coordinating execution, aligning stakeholders, operationalizing initiatives, and helping bridge traditional financial infrastructure with newer Web3 / stablecoin-related payment workflows.Candidates with exposure across payment infrastructure, crypto exchange operations, stablecoin transaction environments, onboarding workflows, or fintech platform rollouts may find this role particularly relevant.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and drive cross-functional initiatives across business, product, operations, compliance, and technology teamsTranslate operational and business requirements into structured execution plansSupport rollout and implementation of payment, onboarding, and transaction-related initiativesWork closely with internal and external stakeholders including banking partners, payment providers, liquidity partners, compliance teams, and vendorsFacilitate alignment across stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery timelinesSupport operational scaling and process optimization initiativesCoordinate onboarding, KYC/KYB/KYT, and operational workflow discussions where relevantAssist with implementation and operationalization of stablecoin or blockchain-related payment initiativesIdentify operational gaps and help improve workflows, SOPs, and internal coordination processesOperate as a key execution bridge across multiple functions within a fast-moving environmentRequirementsPrior experience within fintech, payments, digital assets, blockchain, Web3, or financial infrastructure environmentsExposure to cross-functional project/programme coordination across business and technical teamsFamiliarity with payment workflows, onboarding operations, transaction flows, or financial infrastructure environmentsUnderstanding of stablecoin, digital asset, or crypto transaction ecosystems preferredExperience working with multiple stakeholders including product, operations, compliance, legal, technology, and external partnersComfortable operating in a lean and relatively ambiguous environment with high ownershipStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAble to work independently and drive execution with minimal supervisionPreferred BackgroundsCandidates may come from backgrounds such as:Payment infrastructureFintech operationsCrypto exchange operationsWeb3 product/project operationsStablecoin/payment implementationCross-border paymentsDigital asset platform operationsEnterprise fintech implementationStrategic operations / PMO within fintech or Web3 environmentsAdditional InformationRegional / cross-border exposure is advantageousExperience across both TradFi and Web3 environments would be highly relevantEA Personnel: Sim Ee TargaEA Reg ID: R1102530EA Licence No.:24C2359
