Our client is a leading global technology company at the forefront of artificial intelligence, digital innovation, and large-scale platform development. As part of its continued investment in AI transformation, the organization is seeking a Technical Program Manager who can bridge business needs and technology execution, driving the adoption of AI-powered solutions across regional teams.This is a 1-year contract.OverviewThe Technical Program Manager will lead AI transformation initiatives across APAC business teams, helping to identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end AI transformation programs from requirements gathering through implementation and adoption.Partner with business teams to identify workflow challenges and opportunities for AI-driven improvements.Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable program plans.Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on feature prioritization, enhancements, bug resolution, and roadmap alignment.Drive change management, user enablement, and adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows.Establish feedback loops, monitor adoption metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Serve as the primary APAC point of contact for AI transformation initiatives and stakeholder management.Requirements2+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or a related role leading cross-functional initiatives.Experience leading AI, automation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives, preferably for non-engineering teamsFamiliarity with AI technologies, including LLMs, workflow automation, AI productivity tools, or related solutions.Proven experience driving strategic programs from planning through execution and adoption.Strong understanding of product development processes, including requirements gathering, roadmap discussions, feature prioritization, and bug management.Ability to identify adoption barriers and distinguish between process, user, and product-related challenges.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience working across APAC markets and geographically distributed teams is preferred.
