Wealth Business Analyst (Contract)Location: SingaporeContract Type: 12 months contract (Extendable & Convertible)Key ResponsibilitiesWork with business and technology teams to gather and understand requirements for Wealth sales process, data and AI projectsAnalyse processes and data, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvementsAssist with testing new solutions and resolving issues during development or rolloutStay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to sales process, data and AI analyticsWork directly with various stakeholders across multiple geographies, such as Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technology, and Digital teams to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and deliveryEnsure risks and issues are identified and managed closely and remove project delivery blockersDrive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standardsContribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projectsJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business, IT, Mathematics, Engineering, or similarProven experience working as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, ideally in banking or financial servicesStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of data management, governance, and quality assurance practicesProactive, positive attitude, with willingness to learn and take ownership of tasksKnowledge of Wealth Management and related business flows and project delivery experience will be an advantage
