Job SummaryYou will design and maintain secure, automated CI/CD pipelines integrating GenAI tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance DevSecOps practices and ensure compliance in fast-paced environments.ResponsibilitiesAutomate code deployment by designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using selected toolingIntegrate GenAI tools into development workflows to enhance secure software development, including AI-assisted code review and automated documentationImplement security-by-design principles across build, test, release, and deployment stages to enforce robust security controlsAutomate secrets management, vulnerability scanning, policy enforcement, and compliance validation to strengthen security postureImplement and monitor security baselines and controls for code repositories, infrastructure, and deployment pipelinesManage secure artifact and container registries to ensure integrity and complianceDevelop guardrails and risk mitigation strategies for GenAI-enabled development processes to reduce operational risksCollaborate with platform engineering, cybersecurity, and IT teams to ensure secure, scalable delivery processesProvide DevSecOps best practices and guidance to platform and engineering teams to improve security awareness and implementationContribute to operational readiness, observability, and incident response playbooks related to platform deploymentsSupport security and compliance processes as part of development workflows and regular auditsRequired competencies and certificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field1-3 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or cybersecurity with at least 1 year focused on DevSecOpsPreferred competencies and qualificationsExperience implementing and operating Atlassian, GitLab, and/or Azure DevOps platformsUnderstanding of cloud security practices, networking, and access control in hybrid environmentsKnowledge of integrating GenAI tools into developer workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot)Strong communication skills to explain complex technical risks and solutions to non-technical stakeholdersSelf-driven and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
