Product Manager

Job Description  Own the product roadmap for AI-powered solutions by aligning business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs. Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive end-to-end product development. Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on data insights. Prioritize and refine the product backlog to ensure maximum business impact. Manage Agile execution, including sprint planning, execution, review, and retrospective. Oversee product releases to ensure timely delivery and goal alignment. Identify business pain points and translate complex requirements into actionable AI-driven features.

Requirements  Minimum 2 years of Product Management experience, including at least 1 year handling AI-based products or platforms. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to business solutions. Proven ability to collaborate with data, design, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features. Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and iterative improvement. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Experienced in breaking down complex requirements into detailed specifications (BRD/PRD) with solid understanding of SDLC. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to manage stakeholders effectively in fast-paced environments.
