What You’ll Be Doing
Build and lead a new Global Treasury Services (GTS) team within the Group Treasury function, establishing a scalable and robust global operations backbone. Act as an additional global payment approver in accordance with established payment control processes. Partner with Regional Treasurers to ensure operational continuity and resilience, providing coverage during holiday periods, staff turnover, or emergency situations. Partner with Regional Treasurers to ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of banking documentation, support periodic bank reviews, and manage the annual bank audit confirmation process. Oversee Group Treasury documentation globally, ensuring standardization, completeness, and audit readiness across regions. Own global e-banking administration, ensuring timely updates and regular review in line with established bank account management policies.
What We Look For In You
Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in treasury and/or finance, with strong focus on treasury operations, controls, and global cash management within a multinational environment. Proven experience in building, leading, or scaling treasury operations or shared services functions, with strong understanding of payments, bank connectivity, e-banking, and reconciliation processes. Solid knowledge of internal controls, governance frameworks, audit requirements, and experience in process standardization and operational risk management. Technology-savvy, with hands-on experience using treasury management systems (TMS) and AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and control. Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capability, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a multi-region environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications are advantageous.
