Blockchain Expert - Applied AI & GenAI

We are looking for a highly skilled Blockchain Expert with Applied AI/GenAI expertise to mentor and guide interns in building next-generation AI-powered Blockchain solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep hands-on experience in Ethereum, Solidity, Smart Contracts, and Blockchain Architecture with practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Machine Learning to deliver innovative end-to-end Proof of Concepts (POCs).Key ResponsibilitiesMentor and train interns on Blockchain fundamentals, Ethereum, Solidity, Smart Contracts, Architecture, Security, and Compliance.Guide the development of AI-enhanced Blockchain solutions, including:AI-assisted smart contract development, testing, and code reviews.AI-driven blockchain transaction and on-chain analytics.Natural language interfaces for Web3 applications.AI agents interacting with blockchain data, APIs, and smart contracts.RAG-based assistants leveraging blockchain documentation and smart contract knowledge.AI-powered compliance, risk, security, and governance use cases.Blockchain-enabled provenance, traceability, and auditability solutions.Lead interns in building end-to-end AI + Blockchain POCs.Review code, application architecture, and technical designs while providing hands-on technical guidance.Create and enhance training materials, learning paths, and practical exercises.What We're Looking For8-12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Blockchain development and 2+ years in Applied AI/GenAI solutions.Strong expertise in Blockchain fundamentals, architecture, and distributed ledger technologies.Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Solidity, Hardhat, Truffle, Remix, Web3.js, and Ethers.js.Deep understanding of smart contract design, testing, security best practices, and architectural patterns.Practical experience with GenAI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Search, Semantic Search, and AI Agents.Experience integrating AI/LLM services with Blockchain applications, APIs, and data platforms.Knowledge of Blockchain security, KYC/AML, privacy regulations, compliance, and AI governance.Excellent communication and mentoring skills with experience coaching junior engineers or interns.Ideal Candidate: A passionate Blockchain practitioner and AI innovator who can seamlessly combine Blockchain, GenAI, and Agentic AI technologies to build intelligent decentralized solutions while effectively mentoring future talent from fundamentals to production-ready POCs.Ethereum, Solidity, Hardhat, Truffle, Remix, Web3.js, Ethers.js, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Vector Search, AI Agents, Blockchain Security, KYC/AML, and AI Governance.
