🔑 ResponsibilitiesLead strategic AI, GenAI, and Data projects from initiation to closure.Define scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.Build and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.Act as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, vendors, and regional counterparts.Oversee AI/data platform initiatives, embedding responsible AI principles (ethics, privacy, security, compliance).Translate technical concepts into executive‑level communication.Manage project financials (budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking).Provide governance artefacts, dashboards, and post‑implementation reviews.Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.🎯 RequirementsBachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred; Agile/Scrum is a plus).12+ years of IT project management experience, with 3–5 years leading large‑scale initiatives.Proven success in AI, GenAI, data analytics, or data platform programs.Experience in regulated industries (banking/financial services).Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Knowledge of AI, data analytics, cloud platforms, and modern data architecture.Skilled in risk, issue, dependency, and financial management.Ability to work effectively in a regional, multi‑cultural environment.Thanks, and Best RegardsLiniRecruitment ConsultantR22108463
