Their mission is to innovate user-centric technologies that empower facility maintainers and management professionals with strategic business intelligence for sustainable building efficiency.Job SummaryAs a frontline service professional in the Technical Service Delivery Team, you will support project implementation, configure and commission Robots and IoT devices, conduct end-user training, and provide maintenance and technical support to deployed systems.ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site demonstrations, surveys and gather requirements to support project implementation and act as liaison between clients, project managers, consultants, and software development teams throughout the system life cycleConfigure, test, and commission Robots and IoT devices to ensure proper system functionalityConduct basic and general training sessions for end-users to facilitate effective system useProvide preventive and corrective maintenance and technical support for deployed systemsManage technical service requests and client feedback, ensuring adherence to internal service SOPs and timely closure of support ticketsPreferred competencies and qualificationsPassion for current and evolving technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT) and RoboticsPositive attitude towards problem solving and ability to work effectively in a teamGood customer service skills to support client interactionsBasic IT networking knowledge is advantageous but not mandatoryPossession of Class 3A/3 driving license or own means of transport is preferred but not mandatoryFresh graduates are welcome to apply and will receive on-the-job training
