Operational Risk Manager (AI Transformation Project)📍 Location: Raffles Place💰 Salary: Up to $7,100/month 🎁 Completion Bonus: 1 Month Salary📝 Employment: 12-Month Contract (2 Vacancies)🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pmBe part of a major AI transformation initiative within the Group Operational Risk Management (ORM) team. This role offers the opportunity to support the implementation of an AI-powered Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) solution while working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to strengthen operational risk management processes.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Gather and document business requirements with Operational Risk Management teams.Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test scripts, executing test scenarios, and documenting results.Support business users in change management and adoption of AI solutions.Prepare, maintain, and manage project documentation and key artefacts.Monitor project timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk issues, highlighting potential delays or concerns.Assist with post-implementation activities, including data preparation and migration.Prepare training materials and user guides for updated Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes.Support ad hoc project activities and operational risk initiatives as required.Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in operational risk management and AI.RequirementsDegree holder with at least 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry, Big 4 accounting firms, or a combination of both.Experience in project management, including UAT, system implementation, quality assurance, stakeholder management, and project tracking.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare process documentation and flowcharts.Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Prior experience in operational risk management or risk governance is advantageous.Exposure to AI-related projects or AI tools will be an added advantage.Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO MobileWe regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.By sending us your personal data and curriculum vitae (CV), you are deemed to consent to PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd and its affiliates to collect, use and disclose your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy available at https://www.persolsingapore.com/policies.
