Our client is a global industrial and technology group with a long-standing international presence and a growing enterprise-wide AI agenda. As the organization accelerates its adoption of AI across operations, R&D, and enterprise functions, it is seeking a Global AI Security Manager, based in Singapore, to build and lead its AI security capability at the global level. This individual will define the organization's AI security strategy and standards while helping the wider security function harness AI to strengthen its own defenses, reporting into the Global Information Security Director and partnering closely with Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders across regions. Global AI Security Manager Key Responsibilities • Strategy & architecture : Define the enterprise AI security strategy, set architectural and security requirements for AI systems, agents, and ML platforms, and review AI solutions against an established security baseline. • Risk management : Build and maintain an AI cyber risk taxonomy and control library; assess, prioritize, and monitor AI-specific risks as the threat landscape evolves. • Standards & controls : Develop enterprise AI security standards covering generative AI/LLMs, AI agents, RAG, model hosting, AI supply chain, and third-party AI services, aligned to recognized frameworks. • Red teaming & assurance : Establish and lead an AI red teaming program addressing prompt injection, jailbreaks, data poisoning, model extraction, and agent abuse; oversee pre-production testing and remediation. • AI in cyber defence : Identify and help deploy AI-driven capabilities within the security function itself, particularly threat detection and security operations. • Enablement & governance : Lead AI security awareness and training initiatives, act as the organization's AI security subject matter expert, and represent Information Security in AI governance forums and senior leadership reporting. Requirements • 10+ years' experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Security Architecture. • 3+ years' experience with AI, machine learning, emerging technologies, or cloud-based AI platforms. • Demonstrated experience building enterprise security standards and controls from the ground up. • Experience leading security architecture reviews and threat modeling. • Strong track record influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives within a global, matrixed organization. • Strong knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, AI agents, RAG, ML lifecycle, AI attack techniques, cloud security, IAM, and data protection. • Working knowledge of prompt injection, model poisoning/theft, adversarial ML, AI red teaming, and AI supply-chain security. • Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CAISP, AAISM, AAIR, SANS AI security, Microsoft/Azure AI) are an advantage.
