This role involves understanding business challenges, exploring client data, identifying AI/ML use cases and translating business requirements into practical solutions that deliver measurable business value.RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with clients and senior team members to understand business challenges, map workflows and customer journeys, and identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions.Explore client or relevant industry data to identify data sources, assess data quality and evaluate data readiness for AI/ML initiatives.Define project objectives, scope, success metrics and product vision based on business requirements, while supporting project planning and scope management.Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to assess feasibility, conceptualise AI/ML solutions and support rapid prototyping.Contribute to project roadmaps, delivery planning and ROI assessments to demonstrate business value.Prepare and deliver client workshops, presentations and proposals, communicating AI/ML concepts and business benefits to technical and non-technical stakeholders.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems or a related discipline.2–4 years of experience in AI-related Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Technical Consulting or a related field. Consulting experience is preferred.Foundational programming skills in Python and SQL for data manipulation, querying and script-based data exploration.Good conceptual understanding of modern AI/ML technologies, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agents.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse business challenges, identify root causes and develop practical solutions.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
