Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement activities across Facilities, IT, Marketing, and HR categories.

Handle vendor onboarding, supplier relationship management, and procurement operations.

Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement deals.

Manage contract lifecycle, renewals, and compliance tracking.

Maintain and manage procurement-related master data accurately.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Analyze vendor performance, pricing, and procurement data to support business decisions.

Ensure adherence to procurement processes, policies, and documentation standards.

Work closely with finance and cross-functional teams for smooth procurement operations.

Requirements

2-8 years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles. Experience in handling procurement for Facilities, IT, Marketing, or HR categories. Strong negotiation, analytical, contract management, and vendor management skills. Hands-on experience with Excel and Oracle. Prior experience in startups or fast-paced organizations is preferred. Engineering degree or MBA/Postgraduate qualification preferred.
