Position: AI EngineerDomain:  Financial Services / Capital MarketsExperience: 3+ yearsJob DescriptionWe are looking for an AI Engineer with a strong Full-Stack Engineering background and experience with AI/Agentic tools.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with business users to understand problems and requirements.Conduct discovery and research on business use cases, datasets, and systems.Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions using Claude and Agentic AI tools.Apply Prompt, Context, and Skills Engineering.Work with development teams to deploy solutions into production.Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including MD-level stakeholders.Present solutions and recommendations clearly using facts and analysis.Requirements3+ years of relevant experience.Strong Full-Stack Engineering background.Experience with AI / Agentic tools.Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and Skills Engineering.Financial Services / Capital Markets experience preferred.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
