More details are below.JOB TYPE12 Months ContractROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESConduct stakeholder interviews and user workshops to gather, analyse and validate business requirements.Write user stories, acceptance criteria and functional design documentation in collaboration with the client Product Owner.Document business processes, including as-is and to-be process mapping, to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.Support requirements prioritisation, sequencing and phase planning based on business needs and delivery timelines.Prepare and execute test cases across system testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Support UAT activities, investigate defects and work closely with development and QA teams to resolve issues.Perform data analysis and use basic SQL queries to investigate data issues and validate business requirements.Support testing and validation of migrated data to ensure accuracy and consistency.Collaborate with Functional Solution Designers (FSD), QA teams and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Work within an iterative waterfall delivery approach, adapting to evolving requirements and delivery priorities.Support government or public-sector projects, particularly in enforcement, compliance or business process transformation.Facilitate alignment across multiple agencies or divisions to establish consistent processes and business requirements, where applicable.Maintain clear documentation and communicate requirements, findings and issues effectively to technical and business stakeholders.REQUIREMENTS3to 5 years as a business analyst in product engineering and development, including at least two years on Singapore Government agile delivery. The top three skills are:a. Running workshops with users and personally writing user stories, acceptance criteria and functional design, working to a client Product Ownerb. Writing and executing test cases from system test through SIT and UAT, including testing with migrated datac.
