Automation & Digital TransformationDesign, develop, and implement enterprise automation solutions for healthcare and medical service operations.Automate operational workflows, reporting processes, service requests, approvals, notifications, and data synchronization activities.Develop robotic process automation (RPA), low-code/no-code automation, and workflow orchestration solutions.Integrate multiple applications, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and healthcare systems for centralized operations.Analyze existing manual processes and recommend automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.Support continuous improvement initiatives across regional and global operations.Dashboarding & Data AnalyticsDevelop interactive dashboards, MIS reports, KPIs, and executive-level reporting platforms.Build real-time operational dashboards for medical operations, service management, compliance monitoring, and business intelligence.Create automated reporting solutions using modern visualization and analytics platforms.Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and consolidation from multiple systems.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and reporting standards across international operations.Healthcare & Medical Services OperationsWork closely with healthcare operations teams, medical coordinators, regional stakeholders, and business leaders across multiple countries.Support digital transformation initiatives within medical assistance, healthcare support services, emergency response, and operational management functions.Ensure solutions align with healthcare operational standards, data privacy requirements, and internal governance controls.Understand operational challenges in multinational healthcare environments and provide scalable technology solutions.Technical & Consulting ResponsibilitiesGather business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.Prepare solution architecture, workflow diagrams, process documentation, SOPs, and technical reports.Conduct user training, UAT support, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Application Support, and Operations teams.Provide technical consultation and recommendations to improve operational visibility and automation maturity.Governance, Compliance & SecurityEnsure compliance with Singapore regulations, internal company policies, and applicable healthcare data governance requirements.Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive healthcare and operational information.Support audit, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements related to automation and reporting systems.Follow secure coding, access control, and data protection best practices.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline.Master’s Degree is an added advantage.ExperienceMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in software consulting, automation, dashboard development, and digital transformation.Strong experience within Medical Services, Healthcare Operations, or multinational healthcare support environments.Experience working across multiple countries and regional/global operations is mandatory.Proven track record in enterprise automation and reporting implementation projects.Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience in one or more of the following:Power BITableauMicrosoft Power PlatformPower AutomateUiPathAutomation AnywhereSQL / Database ManagementPython / ScriptingAPI IntegrationAzure Cloud / AWS CloudSharePoint AutomationExcel Automation / VBAETL & Data Analytics ToolsPreferred KnowledgeHealthcare operational systemsIT Service Management processesCybersecurity and data governanceCloud-based automation platformsRegional operational reportingCompliance and audit reporting
