ResponsibilitiesLead and grow the Company's Consulting practice, overseeing implementation, solution consulting, customer onboarding, change management, and digital transformation projects for maritime customers worldwide.Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives within ship management companies, helping customers optimise technical management, crewing, procurement, HSSEQ, planned maintenance, compliance and operational workflows using the Company's SaaS platform.Develop consulting methodologies, implementation frameworks, best practices, and governance models to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery across all customer engagements.Partner closely with the Sales and Business Development teams during pre-sales activities by leading discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, proposal development, proof-of-concepts and executive presentations.Work collaboratively with the Product Management and Engineering teams by translating customer feedback into product enhancements, AI-driven capabilities, automation features, and future product innovations.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Solution Consultants, Implementation Consultants, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Customer Success professionals across multiple regions.Oversee consulting project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with agreed scope while maintaining high customer satisfaction and strong commercial performance.Develop executive relationships with key maritime stakeholders, including ship owners, ship managers, offshore companies, classification societies, and maritime technology partners, positioning the Company as a trusted digital transformation partner.Drive the adoption of emerging technologies—including Artificial Intelligence (AI), predictive analytics, workflow automation, data integration, and business intelligence—to improve fleet performance, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and decision-making.Own consulting business performance by managing consulting revenue, resource planning, team utilisation, delivery quality, customer retention, and key performance indicators while supporting the Company's global growth strategy.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.Min 12 years of experience in maritime consulting, enterprise SaaS, digital transformation, ship management, or maritime technology, with at least 5 years leading consulting or professional services teams.Strong understanding of maritime operations, including technical management, fleet management, crewing, procurement, dry docking, vessel performance, HSSEQ, regulatory compliance, ERP systems, planned maintenance systems, and maritime digitalisation. Experience implementing maritime SaaS platforms.Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise software implementations, leading cross-functional consulting teams, managing executive stakeholders.Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, stakeholder management and communication skills.Clarence KhohR1552376
