This is an 18-month contract opportunity where you will act as the functional subject matter expert responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying Oracle Learning Management solutions.You will work closely with Human Resources (HR), Learning & Development (L&D), and enterprise technology teams to translate complex business processes into scalable, high-impact learning paths. From leading requirement-gathering workshops to orchestrating system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live hypercare, you will manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of critical enterprise training modules.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Implementation: Lead the design and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Management structures, including Learning Catalogs, Offerings, Activities, Specializations, and specific Learning Paths.Requirements Translation: Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate compliance and L&D frameworks into actionable Oracle functional specifications.Module Configuration: Configure critical module components such as Assignment Profiles, complex Compliance Rules, Self-Service Learning Records, and Completion Tracking indicators.E-Learning Content Integration: Support the technical integration of e-learning content libraries and third-party content platforms utilizing SCORM, AICC, and xAPI standards.Data Migration & Mapping: Coordinate data migration efforts, including legacy learning history mapping, curriculum data cleansing, and catalog loading using Oracle data utilities.Testing & Lifecycle Support: Facilitate SIT, UAT, and production cutover phases by tracking functional defects, resolving configuration bugs, and providing user training.Cross-Module Alignment: Collaborate with integration and business intelligence reporting teams to maintain data cohesion across adjacent Oracle HCM modules.Skills & Experience RequiredMust-Have Skills (Mandatory for Skills Matching)Oracle HCM Cloud Learning: Proven functional consulting or business analysis experience specializing in Oracle HCM Cloud Learning implementation and support.Oracle HCM Data Utilities: Hands-on experience executing data loads and reporting via HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), and OTBI Reporting.L&D Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of corporate learning architectures, including automated assignment rules, certification management, and compliance training tracking.Testing Coordination: Practical experience documenting functional designs, managing requirement matrices, and supporting system testing (SIT/UAT) cycles.Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred)Oracle Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud Certification in Learning or Talent Management modules.Vendor Content Integration: Prior experience integrating Oracle platform pipelines with external content providers (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Cornerstone, or Skillsoft).Advanced Digital Learning: Familiarity with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL), Oracle ME, or interactive e-learning standards (SCORM/xAPI).Global Deployments: Experience navigating large-scale enterprise environments or regional/global HR transformation rollouts.Qualifications & Engagement TermsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, or a related business/technical field.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative communication skills.How to ApplyPlease click on the 'apply' button to apply online.
