Project Manager (DATA and AI)

Lead projects from initiation through implementation and closure, managing scope, timelines, budget, resources, and deliverables.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, financial tracking, and governance documentation.Coordinate business, technology, data, and vendor teams to ensure effective delivery and timely resolution of issues.Manage senior stakeholder communications, steering committees, status reporting, and project governance.Support delivery of data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives aligned with business priorities.Ensure appropriate consideration of data privacy, information security, responsible use of AI, risk, and regulatory requirements where applicable.Maintain JIRA/Kanban boards, coordinate stand-ups, track actions and dependencies, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, escalating where required.Manage project financials, vendor performance, and resource utilization.Conduct project closure, post-implementation reviews, and lessons learned.RequirementsBachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.8–12+ years of IT/technology project management experience, with experience leading complex initiatives.Experience delivering technology, data, analytics, automation, or AI-related projects.Experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated environment preferred.Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or equivalent certification is preferred.Ability to work effectively with regional, multicultural, and cross-functional teams.
