Reporting Analyst

Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Data Analyst with strong expertise in banking regulatory reporting, data analysis, and reporting platforms. The ideal candidate will support regulatory reporting initiatives by analyzing, validating, transforming, and reconciling data to ensure accurate and timely submissions to financial regulators.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, validate, and reconcile regulatory reporting data across multiple source systems.Support regulatory reporting requirements for MAS (Singapore), HKMA (Hong Kong), and RBI (India).Develop and maintain data transformation and validation workflows using Alteryx.Work with Vermeer and AgileREPORTER to prepare and submit regulatory returns.Perform data quality assessments, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.Collaborate with Business, Finance, Risk, and Technology teams to implement reporting enhancements.Support automation, optimization, and regulatory change initiatives.Required Skills4 years of experience in banking regulatory reporting or regulatory data analysis.Strong understanding of MAS, HKMA, and RBI regulatory reporting frameworks.Strong SQL, data analysis, reconciliation, and data quality skills.Experience working with large banking datasets and regulatory reporting processes.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
