Our main focus is building the most advanced payment rails for Southeast Asia, with a clear goal in mind — to make payments across and within SEA simple, secure and easy for everyone. We serve thousands of businesses ranging from SMEs to multinational enterprises, and process millions of transactions monthly. We’ve been growing rapidly since our inception in 2015, onboarding hundreds of new customers every month, and backed by global top-10 VCs. We’re proud to be featured on among the fastest growing companies by Y-Combinator.The Opportunity This is a high-performance role for an exceptional early-career professional who wants to operate at the center of Xendit's most important commercial and strategic decisions. Working directly with the Chief Revenue Officer, you will help shape and execute Xendit's global go-to-market agenda. You will bring structure to ambiguous problems, develop rigorous recommendations, and drive cross-functional initiatives from idea through execution. The pace is fast, the standards are world class, and the work is highly visible. You will operate with significant autonomy, limited structure, and direct exposure to senior leadership. At times, the hours will be long and unpredictable because the role follows the company's highest-priority needs. For the right person, this is an opportunity to accelerate quickly, build judgment across the business, and develop toward a flexible high-potential leadership track within Xendit. What You Will Own

Global GTM planning: support the development, alignment, and execution of Xendit's global commercial priorities, operating plans, and growth agenda. Cross-functional strategic initiatives: lead complex programs spanning Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, Finance, and Operations. Board and leadership materials: develop clear, rigorous, and executive-ready analyses, narratives, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership and Board discussions. Strategic decision support: help evaluate Xendit's most important commercial and company-wide choices through structured analysis, financial modelling, market insight, and sound judgment. Operating cadence: strengthen planning, business reviews, dashboards, decision forums, and follow-through across the global GTM organization. CRO leverage: act as a force multiplier for the CRO by identifying issues early, driving priorities forward, and ensuring critical initiatives are executed with speed and quality.

The Questions You May Help Answer

Where should Xendit focus its next phase of commercial growth? How should we allocate resources across markets, products, customer segments, and channels? What should our global GTM model look like as the company scales? Which strategic initiatives will have the greatest impact on growth, productivity, and customer outcomes? What information and recommendations do senior leaders need to make better and faster decisions? How do we turn ambitious priorities into coordinated execution across functions and geographies?

What We Are Looking For

2-6 years of professional experience, with a strong preference for candidates from a top-tier management consulting firm or a leading global investment bank. Alternatively, exceptional experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, or an Office of the CEO/CRO role within a high-growth technology company. Outstanding analytical ability, structured problem-solving skills, and financial modelling capability. Exceptional written and verbal communication, including the ability to turn complex analysis into concise executive-level recommendations. A track record of taking ownership, managing multiple workstreams, and delivering high-quality output under tight timelines. Strong judgment, intellectual curiosity, and comfort operating in situations where the answer is not obvious. The maturity and presence to work directly with senior leaders while remaining humble, collaborative, and open to feedback. A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or another analytically rigorous discipline.

You Will Thrive Here If You

Set exceptionally high standards for yourself and the quality of your work. Enjoy difficult, ambiguous problems and do not wait for perfect information before moving forward. Can move fluidly between strategic thinking, detailed analysis, executive communication, and hands-on execution. Are energized by a fast pace, high accountability, and direct feedback. Communicate complex ideas simply and make it easier for others to make decisions. Influence through credibility, preparation, and follow-through rather than formal authority. Are willing to do what the moment requires, including working long or unpredictable hours when major priorities demand it.

Working Model

The role is based in Singapore. We expect team members to work from the office four days per week to support close collaboration and rapid decision-making. Travel is expected to be approximately 10-20%, depending on business priorities.

Why This Role Few roles offer this level of responsibility, exposure, and learning so early in a career. You will work directly with the CRO, collaborate with leaders across Xendit, and contribute to decisions that shape the company's growth. This is not a traditional coordination role. It is designed for someone who wants to be challenged, develop rapidly, and earn increasing responsibility through performance. If you are looking for a comfortable, highly structured position, this role will not be the right fit. If you are looking for demanding work, exceptional exposure, and the opportunity to build toward a future leadership role, we would like to hear from you.
