More details as below.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGather, analyse, and document business requirements.Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders across business and IT teams.Support solution design, testing, and requirement validation within Agile delivery models.Analyse process gaps in regional or multi-location implementationsREQUIREMENTS5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.Strong domain expertise in areas such as Wealth Management/Private Banking, Credit & Lending, Investments/Capital Markets, or Digital Banking .Technical SkillsExperience with banking and investment platforms including Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, and FinIQ.Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments .Soft SkillsStrong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Capability to facilitate workshops and influence cross-functional teams.Analytical and problem-solving mindset.Ability to work independently in fast-paced, delivery-driven environmentsRequirements are that all candidates must have both:1) Banking / Wealth Management business experience.2) Avaloq functional and/or technical experienceWHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
