AI Product Lead

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & RoadmapPartner with senior leadership to define AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap.Identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful business value.Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.Drive product discovery, validation, and execution.Technical & Engineering CollaborationWork closely with Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical design reviews.Understand AI/LLM capabilities, limitations, infrastructure, APIs, and deployment considerations.Evaluate AI technologies, frameworks, vendors, and platforms.Cross-Functional LeadershipServe as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.Facilitate alignment across stakeholders with differing priorities.Drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic goals.Customer & Solution DesignEngage customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand pain points.Design workflows and AI-powered solutions that solve real business problems.Support solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot programs.Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.Product Operations & DocumentationWrite product requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and implementation plans.Establish processes for product delivery, testing, and deployment.Maintain clear documentation for internal and external stakeholders.Define KPIs and success metrics for product performance and adoption.Hands-On ExecutionConduct product research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.Prototype workflows using AI tools and automation platforms.Assist with QA, testing, user acceptance, and rollout activities.Take ownership of initiatives from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.RequirementsExperience5+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Product Operations, or related roles.Experience working closely with software engineering teams.Experience building, implementing, or supporting AI-driven products is highly preferred.Technical UnderstandingStrong understanding of modern software development practices.Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, cloud platforms, and software architecture.Working knowledge of LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, vector databases, workflow automation, and GenAI technologies.Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical trade-offs.Core CompetenciesStrong stakeholder management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to move between strategic planning and detailed execution.Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.Highly proactive, resourceful, and execution-focused.
