Senior Growth Marketing Specialist
Propseller · Singapore
About Propseller Propseller is a tech-powered real estate agency, established in Singapore in 2019. In August 2022, Propseller raised US$12M in a Series A round led by Vertex Ventures, the VC arm of Temasek, the investment company owned by the Government of Singapore. Propseller has been ranked by The Straits Times among Singapore’s Top 100 Fastest-Growing Companies in 2024, 2025, and 2026. Propseller’s mission is to help people build wealth through real estate. We help people buy and sell homes by bringing together top agents, marketers, dedicated support, software, data and AI. Together, they form one integrated platform that enables clients to achieve better outcomes and property agents to close more deals. Since launch, Propseller has sold 4,500 properties, representing US$2B in value. Propseller has also become one of Singapore's most-loved real estate agencies, with an average Google My Business rating of 4.8/5 (1,000+ reviews). The next phase of our journey is to go from helping people sell their homes to becoming the No. 1 brand for moving from one home to the next: selling, buying, and financing. Propseller is an equal opportunity employer. We hire, reward and promote people on merit and results, and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. In 2026, Propseller was awarded the Progressive Wage accreditation (No 26201711507M) by the Singapore Business Federation, and our team comprised 9 different nationalities. We do sponsor visas. Although we can’t guarantee results, we run assessments early. Find out more at: propseller.com/careers/ Discover Propseller (slide deck): propseller.com/careers/discover/
Role As Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you run the campaigns that turn Propseller’s marketing budget into signed deals. You’ll run our paid channels day-to-day within channel budgets set by your manager, support our free lead-generation tools and CRM campaigns, and make every dollar accountable for revenue, not clicks. You’ll work with other members of our marketing team, our freelance designer and developer, and share one goal: more qualified seller and buyer leads at a declining cost per client. What makes this role unique is that you get the economics and sophistication of B2B marketing with the scale of B2C. And you get it in a category consumers love to talk about, property, at a company that is data-driven and AI-pilled. As in B2B, every transaction is high-value (average revenue per transaction of US$10,000), trust determines who wins, and growth depends on the leads our agents convert. You’ll optimise for deals, not clicks. As in B2C, you have enough volume to test fast and learn from real data: 15,000+ leads per year, 150,000+ contacts in our CRM, and 4,500 transactions closed since launch.
Duties & Responsibilities
Paid acquisition: Run and optimise campaigns across Google (Search, Performance Max), Meta, TikTok and property portals. Budget pacing: Manage daily spend and bids within channel budgets against cost-per-qualified-lead targets, with cost per client as the north star, and flag where money should move. Lead magnets: Run campaigns to increase usage of Propseller Home Insights and Propseller Listing Insights, and test ways to improve their lead conversion. CRM campaigns: Run nurturing and reactivation campaigns in HubSpot for 150,000+ contacts, and help maintain our lead-scoring rules. Conversion signals: Maintain offline conversion uploads, enhanced conversions and conversion APIs from HubSpot, and flag data-quality issues early. Audiences: Build and refresh custom audiences, exclusions and lookalikes from our 150,000+ CRM contacts. Landing pages and conversion: Build and test landing pages and forms with our freelance designer and developer to lift conversion from click to qualified lead. Reporting: Maintain dashboards showing cost per client by channel, campaign and creative, and report weekly on what’s working and what isn’t. Sales feedback loop: Gather feedback from sales team members on lead quality, and use it to refine targeting and exclusions.
Ideal Candidate This role is for you if you think lead generation is a messaging, experience and data puzzle. You’d rather set up tracking, build a landing page and launch a campaign yourself by Friday than debate for a month. You’ve run performance marketing where lead quality matters more than click volume, such as SaaS, real estate, financial services, insurance or education, and you judge campaigns by the deals they produce. You’re hands-on and fast, and ship work that rarely needs rework. You believe AI is changing marketing. You’re actively building your AI skills and want to work alongside people who push them further. You want to grow. With performance and pay reviewed every 6 months, this role is a direct path to the Growth Marketing Manager role.
Requirements
3+ years in digital marketing, including 2+ years hands-on running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with results you can quantify; Experience with conversion tracking in GA4 and Google Tag Manager; experience with offline conversions or conversion APIs is a strong plus; Experience building email or nurture campaigns in a CRM or marketing automation tool, ideally HubSpot; Strong analytical skills: advanced spreadsheet user; SQL or Looker Studio is a bonus; Fluent with AI tools for creative, copy and analysis; Excellent written and spoken English; Bonus: TikTok ads, property portal advertising or landing-page tools; Based in Singapore, or willing to relocate. We sponsor Employment Passes for eligible candidates.
How We Work
Low ego, high standards: We look for people who can hold opposites together: ambition and humility, urgency and patience, curiosity and focus, speed and quality. We argue with facts rather than titles, give feedback often and receive it gratefully. We call each other “Sunshines” because we enjoy working with optimism. We know our clients rely on us for big decisions, so we take our work seriously but not ourselves. Clear writing, small meetings: For work that is not client-facing, we document our research, insights, recommendations, decisions, processes and policies in Notion, so most of the work happens before the meeting and can happen async. We rarely use slides. Most meetings are 30–60 minute working sessions with 2–3 people; except for a weekly team meeting, long group meetings are rare. Clear goals, unlimited opportunities: Team and individual targets are written down and accessible company-wide so everybody knows what everybody is working towards. Performance and pay are reviewed every 6 months so that your compensation grows as fast as you do. There is no ceiling: we had someone joining as an intern who was promoted to C-level 5 years later. Office presence: We’re together in the office from Monday to Thursday and work from wherever suits you on Friday.
What You Get
Central office: modern, high-ceiling office near Lavender, Bendemeer, and Farrer Park MRT; Swimming pool and gym access: access to our office building facilities; Cutting-edge equipment: MacBook Pro and advanced, well-implemented software; Quarterly town halls: an entire morning of physical gathering to know what’s going on; Team lunch budget: quarterly budget for team bonding lunches or dinners; Annual leave: 18 days per year, plus the flexibility to swap public holidays; Corporate health insurance: covering hospitalisation, GPs, specialists and dental; Impact: an opportunity to make an impact by guiding people through one of life’s biggest financial decisions, buying or selling a home.
