Project Manager - AI

ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of AI, data and digital transformation projects from POC to production and transition to operations.Define project scope, plans, timelines, resources, dependencies and success criteria with business and technical teams.Manage Agile delivery, project governance, stakeholder communication and executive reporting.Coordinate AI model evaluation, testing, production readiness and post-deployment activities.Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, including AI-specific risks.Coordinate internal teams, vendors and delivery partners to ensure timely and quality delivery.Ensure projects comply with relevant data privacy, security and responsible AI requirements.Skills Needed9+ years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.Proven experience delivering AI, data, machine learning, GenAI or automation projects from POC to production.Working knowledge of GenAI/LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, MLOps and data pipelines.Understanding of AI governance, PDPA, data privacy, security and responsible AI principles.Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and managing cross-functional teams.Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office.Experience managing vendors and delivery partners is an advantage.PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PSM or PMI-ACP certification is advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline.Ikas International (Asia) Pte Ltd“Sanderson-iKas” is the brand name for iKas International (Asia) Pte LtdEA Licence No: 16S8086 | EA Registration No. R1988468We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be notified / contacted.
